We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) administration and deployment. This role will support cloud-hosted environments, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise application integration efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
10+ years of relevant experience
DoD 8140 compliant (Security+ CE certification)
Experience with cloud-based deployments
Strong engineering rigor and troubleshooting skills
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Knowledge of Active Directory, SAML, OpenLDAP, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

Configuring, deploying, and maintaining IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management as Application-as-Code using CI/CD
Supporting cloud-based deployments
Integrating applications with ServiceNow or similar platforms
System testing and validation
Developing integrations using Python, PowerShell, and Groovy
