As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is part of the Systems Engineering team located in Loveland, Colorado and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Define system architecture and requirements Decompose system requirements and allocate targets Perform system modeling and analysis Drive root cause analysis and risk management Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years systems engineering experience
- Experience with requirements and system integration
- Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
- Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation
- Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
- Model-based systems engineering
- Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
