About The Position

At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer to support one of our premier programs. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, systems modeling and analysis, design development support, and test expertise to Agile software development teams and engineering stakeholders. You will perform technical analyses and define system functionality by developing use cases, translating requirements into system capabilities, defining epics and features, and establishing system interfaces and acceptance criteria. You will support mission-level modeling and simulation of sensing and effects capabilities across the seabed-to-space domain, conduct multi-level operational analyses, develop integrated system-of-systems architectures, and apply operations research techniques to support complex mission solutions.
