Your Role The day-to-day responsibilities will see you consult, implement, manage and support our clients on a broad range of technologies. You will be performing a variety of technical work across projects/changes, problems/incidents and a broad range of technology requests. You will build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and technology landscape. You will also cultivate strong, collaborative relationships within your team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience at another Managed Services Provider working with mid-market organisations.
  • Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
  • Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365 security (Defender for Endpoints, Cloud, DLP, CA policies)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Intune including Autopilot
  • Networking (switching, WiFi and Firewalls from Sophos, Dell, Cisco or Ubiquiti)
  • Communicate clearly, work collaboratively and are dedicated to delivering quality service, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Current formal certifications in many of the technologies noted above, particularly in relation to Microsoft (Microsoft Certified and Microsoft 365 Certified).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for how technology can make a difference.
  • Comfortable working both independently and with others, enjoy solving problems creatively and bring a curiosity for learning and a willingness to share your knowledge.
  • Full driver’s license
  • Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
  • Completing a Criminal History Clearance Check and a security background check.
