About The Position

As a Systems Engineer, working with custom software built in-house, for our Cyber group, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing mission-critical NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line. You’ll be working at the cutting edge of Cybersecurity and high-speed data. This role involves defining the scope, schedule, and expectations for work, executing projects with little guidance, and providing technical direction and leadership. The ability to write CONOPS, Specifications or Requirements and derive them into software design, code, test plans, and execute Systems level testing/debugging is crucial. Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment is also required. Identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
  • 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment
