We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer who will support a fast-paced Army Project Office. In this role you will support a wide variety of systems engineering tasks directly supporting the Product Manager.

Requirements

• ABET accredited degree
• 20 years of technical related experience
• Experience with Army Air and Missile Defense
• Some travel
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of systems engineering methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of the program.
• Support requirements planning and development to include Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), system architecture, & Modular Open Source Architecture (MOSA)
• Support and develop contracting and Acquisition Milestone documentation including contract statement of work (SOW), Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs), Acquisition Strategy, and Acquisition Plan
• Review contract deliverables and support system configuration management boards
• Monitor program execution to identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Support requirements development to include system specification updates, interface requirements
• Participate and collaborate within a variety of IPTs and WGs
• Support technical maturation assessment development
