Senior Systems Engineer

Bracebridge Capital, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their IT/infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows desktop/server platforms, virtualization, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Cloud infrastructure. This role will involve daily support of Bracebridge's infrastructure environment, as well as hands-on technical work and administration of a heavily virtualized Windows infrastructure. The position offers the opportunity to work with world-class technology, lead infrastructure projects, and provide mentorship to team members.

• Daily support of Bracebridge's infrastructure environment used for trading and operation of the firm
• Hands-on technical work including installation, operation, and troubleshooting of a wide array of technologies and applications
• Support and administration of a heavily virtualized Windows infrastructure
• Deployment, configuration, and management of physical and virtual systems, corporate service

• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Azure
• Experience with automation and asset management
• Experience with virtualization / VMWare
• Citrix exposure is a positive
• Experience with system administration of Windows servers and desktops, and desktop applications
• Knowledge of networking, including basic exposure to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Exposure to PowerShell or other shell scripting or programming languages, or process automation tools
• Strong ability to lead and run larger infrastructure projects
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team and users
• Strong documentation skills to create consistent, repeatable processes
• Proactive approach to technology and operational improvements
• Strong analytical and debugging skills to solve complex technology issues
