About The Position
Lead a six-month pilot to evaluate whether a senior software developer using modern AI-assisted development tools can deliver a market-ready LDD data platform significantly faster than traditional development methods while establishing repeatable AI-enabled development practices for broader adoption.
Requirements
- Senior software developer experience
- Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools
Nice To Haves
- Experience developing data platforms
- Familiarity with LDD data platforms
- Experience with analytics, traceability, process optimization, and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions
Responsibilities
- Validate AI-driven development methods – Assess whether AI-assisted workflows can materially accelerate delivery, reduce development cost, and produce repeatable practices that can be scaled across the broader software organization
- Accelerate Delivery of a Strategically Important Software Product – Beyond meeting an established customer need, the platform would establish a foundation for future analytics, traceability, process optimization, and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
