About The Position

In this hands-on role, you will support environments across corporate offices, data centers, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Microsoft Azure, AWS, customer environments, and internal business systems. You will play a key role in ensuring infrastructure security, reliability, availability, and performance while serving as a senior escalation point for complex systems, cloud, network, and infrastructure issues. You will also contribute to infrastructure projects, automation, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with technical teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud certification required
  • 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience in medium to large environments.
  • Strong experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower, Cisco switching, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, network segmentation, and VPNs.
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, particularly OCI and/or Azure, as well as Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SNMP, and Syslog.
  • Strong systems, cloud, network, and hybrid infrastructure administration skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound technical judgment with the ability to balance security, reliability, scalability, cost, and business needs.
  • Strong cybersecurity, risk management, and incident response awareness.
  • Strong communication, documentation, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • additional cloud, cybersecurity, automation, or architecture certifications are an asset.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, or technical leadership is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, wireless, on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, network segmentation, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
  • Support connectivity across OCI, Azure, AWS, customer environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
  • Administer Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.
  • Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, performance, and service continuity.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, lifecycle management, and modernization initiatives.
  • Maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Implement security controls, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, and access management.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability using tools such as SolarWinds, SNMP, and Syslog.
  • Resolve complex infrastructure, network, cloud, and customer integration issues and lead root-cause analysis.
  • Participate in major incident response, escalations, and after-hours support when required.
  • Develop automation using PowerShell, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
  • Improve infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes through automation and approved AI tools.
  • Manage backups, recovery validation, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
  • Lead infrastructure and cloud projects and collaborate with Development, DevOps, QA, Security, Product, and business teams.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentor junior administrators, and contribute to infrastructure strategy and roadmap planning.
