Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field required. An equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible network administration experience may substitute for a degree.
• Five (5) years of hands-on experience supporting networks and users in a enterprise production environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage technologies.
• Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed.
• If using a personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance are required.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).

Responsibilities

• Ensures the reliability, performance, and security of our Windows infrastructure—both on-premises and in Azure.
• Provides hands-on technical leadership.
• Mentors junior administrators.
• Acts as the backup for the Senior Network Administrator.
