As a Senior Systems Administrator in our Corvallis Operations Center, you will be responsible for installation, administration and monitoring of our networked and standalone server and application systems. You'll provide application and security support. You’ll manage IS Infrastructure specific projects. And you'll seek out, research and champion ways to improve the systems we have for better service and efficiencies. We are a service-focused organization where a professional appearance, a collaborative mindset, and can-do attitude are the norm across the organization. Duties include on-call rotation for critical events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise infrastructure systems, including the design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft‑based server and cloud environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft Azure, hybrid identity, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting Exchange hybrid environments, Kubernetes, enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions, patch management platforms, infrastructure automation, information security tooling, and monitoring solutions in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both technical and non‑technical terms.
  • Strong service orientation with the ability to support users across all departments and skill levels.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve complex infrastructure issues, participate in incident response, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, balance operational support with project work, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced, highly available environment.
  • Five to eight years of progressive experience in a Systems Administration role supporting server, identity, cloud, and infrastructure platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in highly regulated environments such as financial services is preferred.
