Sr. Systems Administrator
About The Position
At ROK Technologies, our sole focus is architecting, deploying and managing the ArcGIS® Enterprise suite and Desktop applications in Cloud environments. Recognized as an Esri Platinum and Cloud Specialty Partner, our team of certified AWS, Azure, and Esri experts bring many years of extensive, multi-disciplinary knowledge to each and every GIS organization we serve. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate is also eager and able to learn how to administer our other critical business platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Solid grasp of system administration, security, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated proficiency with declarative configuration including objects, flows, validation rules, security models, and reporting.
- Ability to rapidly master new technologies and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Enterprise GIS and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is preferred.
- Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation is a plus.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce: owning configuration, security, user management, and release management.
- Learn and manage additional business platforms as needed.
- Maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity and reliable synchronization.
- Enforce operational procedures and security policies across all systems.
- Troubleshoot advanced application and platform issues.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee capacity planning, performance optimization, and change management.
- Manage data integrity, user provisioning, and access controls.
- Lead Administrator of Production Salesforce organization.
- Administrator of systems outside of Salesforce and providing high-level user support.
- Developing cross-platform automation and data synchronization workflows.
- Managing contract management systems and integrations (e.g., Titan/Salesforce integration).
- Implementation of Revenue Cloud.
