About The Position

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Test Engineer for its test solutions group. The role develops manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter products, applying hardware and software expertise to improve test coverage and automation. The engineer will work with Contract Manufacturers, investigate manufacturing test technologies and methodologies, and develop strategies for testing new product features. The position also involves early design-for-test feedback, debugging hardware and software issues during build phases, and contributing to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure. Occasional travel to Contract Manufacturer factories is expected.

Requirements

At least 8 years of post-silicon validation experience with board or system products.
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the platform level.
Experience with Datacenter platforms.
Background in Python programming and bash scripting.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Background with rack- and cluster-level testing, test methodology, and strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and implement manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter System products.
Work closely with Contract Manufacturers, including occasional travel to their factories.
Investigate and introduce manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.
Develop test strategies for new product features, including identifying, specifying, designing, and qualifying test fixtures, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
Review and provide feedback on design for test (DFT) in early design stages.
Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases.
Contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
