WSP is seeking a Senior System Planning Advisor to join their System Planning & Resiliency group within the Energy Advisory Services (EAS) business unit. This role focuses on Advisory services associated with system planning, transmission planning, data center integration, and integrating new infrastructure into the power system. This includes both traditional AC solutions along with technologies such as HVDC, FACTS, and GETS. The evolution of the grid is complex and requires staff/experience with thorough understanding of large load integration, interconnection process, regulatory compliance/policies, and regional and interregional power capacity. The advisor combines deep expertise in power systems engineering with strong client-facing consulting, project leadership, and business advisory capabilities to help organizations navigate the evolving energy landscape. This role serves utility executives, transmission planning leaders, regulators, system operators, developers, and investors, helping shape the future of reliable, resilient, and sustainable electric power systems. This is a REMOTE position supporting system planning and grid‑modernization initiatives across the U.S. and internationally.
