About The Position

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions between internal systems and external trading partners. The Senior System Integration Developer will lead end-to-end systems integration processes, ensuring scalability, automation, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards. The position involves developing and implementing scalable, microservice-based solutions supporting supply chain operations, with an emphasis on high availability, horizontal scaling, and performance optimization. The role requires interfacing cross-functionally with business analysts, architects, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and deploying data integration workflows (data sourcing, transformation, loading, and monitoring), building reusable components using RESTful APIs, messaging systems, and containerization technologies like Docker, and analyzing and optimizing legacy codebases. The position also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to SDLC documentation. The company has a "Hybrid" work attendance policy, requiring at least 8 in-office workdays per month at the Cordova, TN office, with telecommuting permissible for the remainder of the month.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field PLUS 4 years of experience in software engineering or related experience.
Experience with enterprise-level integration development with a strong focus on partner and transaction integrations.
Experience with end-to-end integration solution development for enterprise software or hosted services.
Experience as lead integration architect, covering technical assessments, service layers, analytics, security, testing, and development.
Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator 6.0 and Map Editor.
Experience with data formats such as XML, JSON, X12, CSV, and positional file structures.
Experience creating API using C# .Net Core.
Experience creating Power BI dashboards.
Experience using MS SQL Server.

Mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and contributing to SDLC documentation, version control, and quality assurance initiatives.
