System Engineer Level 3 – Requirements Validation Position Specifics: Support the Senior Leadership Team in managing and validating incoming requirements across a large, complex portfolio. This role will serve as the front door for new requirements, engaging stakeholders across mission and business organizations including HR, Security, B, NCU, I&L, CSD, and others. The selected candidate will gather and refine functional needs, help translate them into actionable technical requirements, and assess impacts to cost, schedule, and performance. This role requires strong collaboration skills, comfort operating at the executive level, and experience working in Agile or Agile-at-scale environments supporting large product teams.
