We are seeking a System Administrator to perform a crucial role on a prime contract. Your daily duties will include, but not limited too: Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system Provide system administration support Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.
