We are seeking a Senior System Administrator with deep ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) experience to help modernize and stabilize enterprise IT environments supporting federal healthcare systems. You will play a critical hands-on role in CMDB integrity, discovery, integrations, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale platforms that directly impact service reliability across government infrastructure.

Requirements

5+ years System Administration experience (2+ with ServiceNow ITOM).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Strong experience with CMDB, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript.
Familiarity with ITIL v4 practices.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Nice To Haves

ServiceNow CIS (ITOM or CMDB).
ITIL Foundation.
Federal IT experience.
Automation tooling (Ansible, PowerShell, Jenkins).

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Manage integrations across cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, SCCM, vCenter, SolarWinds).
Configure MID Servers, APIs, and data pipelines.
Maintain CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and lifecycle governance.
Support ITIL-aligned operational processes (Incident, Change, Configuration, Asset, Problem).
Partner with engineering and operations teams to automate workflows and improve visibility.
Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards.
