Senior Sustainability Engineer
About The Position
The Senior Sustainability Engineer will lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the company’s environmental sustainability strategy. This role bridges functional/ site-level execution with enterprise strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify environmental impact reduction initiatives that are value-add, practical and technically sound, scalable, and aligned with corporate commitments and regulatory requirements. The role will influence a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement across the company through awareness campaigns and proactive workforce engagement.
Requirements
- Deep neuroscience expertise
- Experience in developing medicines for psychiatric and neurological disorders
- Experience in a global biopharmaceutical company
- Experience with proprietary commercial products
- Experience with pipeline of clinical and preclinical candidates
