About The Position
Fleming Engineering, Inc. (FEI), a leader in engineering and surveying, is looking for an exceptional Senior Survey Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves leading impactful projects, fostering client relationships, and advancing one's career. The position is based in High Point, NC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of diverse land surveying expertise, including Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout, and Topographic projects.
- A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
- A valid North Carolina driver’s license.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring optimal financial performance.
- Manage multiple survey crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to surveying office personnel to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities while nurturing valuable client partnerships.
- Support business planning, marketing efforts, and strategic initiatives.
