About The Position

ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington. ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Senior Survey CAD Tech for our operations in the Danbury, Connecticut area. This role offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects. The Senior Survey CADD Technician is responsible for drafting and assisting Designers and Coordinators with subdivision and site documents for field construction.

Requirements

• Knowledge of AutoCad
• 10+ years of experience in the field or a related area
• Ability to take direction, teach younger cad techs and learn additional cad and survey skills

Responsibilities

• Draft plot plans
• Draft marketing plans
• Draft foundation as-builts
• Draft Condo Floor Plans
• Create Exhibits
• Create Final Houseline and Site As Builts
• Drafting Easement Plans
• Drafting Record Plats or Subdivision Plans
• Mentor less experienced Cad Techs
