About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead to support a large-scale supply chain transformation initiative. This client-facing role will lead UAT and end-to-end testing efforts across multiple integrated platforms, ensuring business processes are accurately validated and aligned with real-world operations. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months

Requirements

Oracle Fusion Cloud, Blue Yonder, Manhattan SCALE
Experience with RXO and Shippium
Strong UAT/Test Leadership experience across integrated systems
8+ years in QA/Test Leadership roles
Proven experience leading UAT for large-scale supply chain transformations
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Deep functional knowledge of supply chain processes
Experience working in global/onshore-offshore delivery models
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect management across Oracle Fusion Cloud, Blue Yonder, Manhattan SCALE, RXO, and Shippium
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, functional leads, and offshore QA teams
Translate supply chain workflows into effective test scenarios and scripts
Ensure end-to-end validation across procurement, warehousing, transportation, and order management processes
Drive defect triage, status reporting, and risk mitigation
