About The Position

The Intern, Supply Chain & ERP Transformation offers a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world supply chain transformation initiatives within a GMP-regulated, life sciences environment. The intern will partner closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support ERP optimization, data integrity, and process improvement efforts. Rather than observational work, this internship is project-driven. The intern will own clearly defined deliverables that contribute directly to operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system usability. By the end of the internship, the intern will have completed tangible projects that can be showcased in future roles or academic settings. We're thrilled to provide a 10-week paid internship at our facility in Tustin, CA. As an intern, you'll dive deep into our team culture, take on significant projects, and play a vital role in our team's dynamics. This temporary, 40-hour per week office position is designed to offer you a wealth of experience and the chance to connect with professionals in the industry.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of MRP principles, bill of materials structure, and production scheduling best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain analysts and managers with data analysis and documentation
  • Assist with ERP-related tasks under supervision, including reporting and data validation
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and project discussions
  • Help prepare training materials, SOP drafts, or user guides
  • Perform ad hoc analysis related to inventory, planning, or warehouse operations
