The Intern, Supply Chain & ERP Transformation offers a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world supply chain transformation initiatives within a GMP-regulated, life sciences environment. The intern will partner closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support ERP optimization, data integrity, and process improvement efforts. Rather than observational work, this internship is project-driven. The intern will own clearly defined deliverables that contribute directly to operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system usability. By the end of the internship, the intern will have completed tangible projects that can be showcased in future roles or academic settings. As an intern, you'll dive deep into our team culture, take on significant projects, and play a vital role in our team's dynamics. This temporary, 40-hour per week office position is designed to offer you a wealth of experience and the chance to connect with professionals in the industry. Key Learning Objectives: During this internship, the intern will: Gain exposure to enterprise ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365) and how they support end-to-end supply chain operations Understand how inventory, planning, and master data drive operational performance in regulated industries Learn how supply chain KPIs are designed, measured, and used to drive decision-making Develop cross-functional communication skills by working with operations, quality, and planning teams Apply continuous improvement concepts in a live manufacturing and warehouse environment
