Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Associate, Operations & Supply Chain Transformation at our Shawnee, KS location. The Associate, Operations & Supply Chain Transformation provides hands-on execution support for Shawnee’s site-level transformation initiatives across supply chain, planning, inventory management, data integrity, and operational enablement. This role is designed for early‑career professionals and operates as execution horsepower, embedding within functional teams while remaining aligned to the transformation agenda. The Associate supports analytical work, process discipline, system enablement, and day‑to‑day delivery under the direction of the Director of Strategic Transformation. Support customer‑facing planning discipline, including preparation of forecast change logs, planning scorecards, and supporting materials required to reinforce forecast stability, transparency, and adherence to agreed planning rules. This is a site-based, execution-focused role and does not carry decision-making authority. Expect to spend time in functional areas and operational settings to understand issues at the source and accelerate execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in management consulting, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or analytical roles.
  • Strong Excel skills (analysis, modeling, scenario development).
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast‑paced operational environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Acts with ownership and urgency — self‑directed, execution‑focused, and accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Influences without authority — able to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment and move work forward through credibility and persistence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CDMO and/or animal health, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences preferred
  • Experience with data visualization or dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) preferred.
  • Exposure to Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence methodologies preferred.
  • Lean / Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain & Operations Execution - Support delivery of transformation initiatives across planning, inventory, capacity enablement, and data integrity efforts.
  • Planning & Inventory Enablement - Support demand and supply review preparation, planning discipline, inventory analysis, and reduction tracking.
  • Own preparation and maintenance of planning/inventory datasets, trackers, and standardized templates used in core site cadences.
  • ERP, Data & Analytics Support Support ERP-related data validation, master data cleanup, and development of analytical tools using Excel and dashboards.
  • Drive completion of assigned master data cleanup waves (defined scope, due dates, validation steps), in partnership with functional owners.
  • Embedded Functional Support Embed within Supply Chain and Operations teams to support execution, data preparation, and issue tracking.
  • Transformation Delivery Support Surface execution risks and gaps; support action tracking and follow-through under transformation governance.
  • Improve data reliability and reduced cycle time for planning/inventory decisions; measurable progress against assigned cleanup and reduction deliverables.
