About The Position

Vetio Animal Health is a rapidly growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) dedicated to animal health; we integrate product development with full-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing through a Quality-by-Design process. Our mission is to develop and manufacture products that improve the lives of animals, while ensuring the safety, quality and compliance of all our products to the highest of industry standards. This role is responsible for optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes and be a key contributor in our SAP improvement project. This role blends operational supply chain duties with continuous improvement, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement to improve service, cost, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years supply chain experience; experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or food manufacturing required.
  • Experience in procurement and supplier relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/PP/SD/IM); participation in at least one SAP implementation or roll-out required.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Proven change leadership skills: comfortable leading change, managing resistance, and delivering user adoption.
  • Active problem solver: structured, data-driven approach to root-cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Experience in building strong cross-functional relationships and persuades without an authoritative approach.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: proactive in identifying opportunities and driving sustainable improvements.
  • Attention to compliance: rigorous about documentation, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (GMP).

Responsibilities

  • Lead/process-map improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to reduce lead times, waste, and errors.
  • Design and implement SOP updates, control points, and KPIs; run Kaizen events and facilitate root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
  • Monitor results, sustain gains, and scale successful process changes across teams.
  • Act as business-process owner for SAP supply chain modules - MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and IM (Inventory Management) transaction flows and master data.
  • Drive data governance (master data clean-up, BOMs, material master, vendor master) and ensure system-to-process alignment.
  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, logistics, and finance to enable improvements and project outcomes.
  • Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders; prepare executive summaries and metrics dashboards.
  • Mentor team members and foster continuous-improvement culture.
  • Support operational supply chain with the management of production supply alignment; support planning, inventory control, and OTIF
  • Drive MRP input improvements to solve safety inventory needs, resolve shortages or issues in material transfer, and be a liaison with production, procurement, QA, and logistics to meet delivery targets.
  • Produce regular supply chain KPIs and exception reports (OTIF, inventory turns, days of supply, process improvement deliverables).
  • Builds and meets SAP project milestones including training and influencing new process adoption between supply chain, production and finance (department collaboration).
  • Participate in other key growth projects for the corporation.
