Requirements

• Implement supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain or logistics organization.
• Work on supply chain planning systems, and exposure to ERP tools.
• Work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Utilize databases tools including SQL Server, MySQL and one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar analytical techniques, and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and business requirements sessions, in the form of interviews, workshops, and other methods, leading to documented records of a to-be business process leveraging industry best practices.
• Identify and document operations/ supply chain data needed to enable to-be business processes.
• Work on the collection and analysis of necessary data from sources like ERP systems, PLM systems, databases, excel sheets, and emails.
• Partner with clients to create missing data elements.
• Support Project Management to define project scope and timelines.
• Develop project specific technical design documents.
• Manage Architects and Consultants to deliver customer specific solutions, based on approved functional and technical design.
• Identify and select appropriate mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights.
• Data Analytics to generate forecasts and operational plans.
• Work with Internal Research and Development teams to resolve solution gaps.
• Work with Client Cross-Functional Teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of projects.
• Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
• Mentor Solution Architects, Junior Analysts, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project.
