Job Summary: Ensure all shipments to and from sites, both locally and internationally, comply with applicable regulations, courier specifications, and study requirements. Resolve shipping challenges and support logistics operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2 year of related experience.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and global shipping processes
Experience using courier systems and logistics tracking tools (e.g., QLIMS or similar systems)
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics, kit production, and inventory control activities to support laboratory operations
Ensure compliance with global shipping regulations, including customs, FDA, and dangerous goods requirements
Prepare shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, letters of instruction, and airway bills
Liaise with project management teams to determine shipping needs and provide logistics guidance
Track, trace, and resolve shipment issues to ensure timely delivery
Maintain courier systems, address databases, and ensure accurate data within QLIMS
Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of shipping materials
Support training of staff and contribute to process improvements for logistics efficiency
