Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

Eski IncMontreal, QC

About The Position

At PixMob, we create magical moments for crowds all around the world. You’ve likely seen 60,000 fans light up at the Super Bowl, a Coldplay concert, or at the Olympics. Our mission? To spark joy, connection, and unforgettable memories for every single fan. We partner with artists of all kinds, event organizers, and global brands to turn shows into immersive experiences. Innovation and design are in our DNA: from rapid prototyping to large-scale manufacturing, we build cutting-edge wireless technology right here at our Montreal headquarters. And because magic should be sustainable too, we actively reduce single-use plastics and prioritize recycled or compostable materials whenever possible.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in supply chain coordination, fulfillment, or a similar role where timing is critical.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software (Rootstock, Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP). You are comfortable executing POs and managing digital inventory.
  • You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing track of a single SKU or document.
  • You know how to be firm with suppliers to obtain documents or production updates while maintaining a positive and collaborative partnership.
  • When faced with a delay, you coordinate solutions with sub-contractors and internal teams to guarantee the deadline is met.
  • Full professional bilingualism (French and English) is required to support our Montreal HQ and our international supplier network.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing partners. Monitor production milestones, confirm "Ready-to-Ship" dates, and perform proactive follow-ups to meet event deadlines.
  • Manage the tactical flow of goods within our system. This includes creating Purchase Orders (POs) for project-specific needs, executing site-to-site transfers, and planning payments to manufacturing suppliers.
  • Collect and verify all required shipping documents (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.). You ensure every shipment is customs-compliant before it is handed over to Logistics.
  • Serve as the central communication hub between Sales, Suppliers, and Project Managers (PMs). You translate manufacturing realities into actionable updates for the teams on the ground.
  • While you are not responsible for booking carriers, you guarantee the accuracy of the transfer information. You give the "green light" to the Logistics team for the pickup and intake of goods once readiness and documentation are validated.
  • Maintain precise dashboards for production and asset availability, moving beyond traditional buying toward agile, project-based supply chain management.
