About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in building best-in-class supply chain analytics at Bob’s Discount Furniture. This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytical techniques to optimize supply chain performance and drive business outcomes. You will partner cross-functionally with Technology and Supply Chain teams to improve processes, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, growing environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
2–3+ years of experience in supply planning, analytics, or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI
Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases
Experience using programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis and modeling
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Advanced data analysis and modeling using tools such as SQL, R, and Python
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory strategy, replenishment, and safety stock modeling
Strong mathematical reasoning

Nice To Haves

Experience optimizing key supply chain metrics such as OTIF, in-stock levels, and inventory flow
Familiarity with large-scale data environments and integrating multiple data sources
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field

Responsibilities

Leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytical techniques to optimize supply chain performance and drive business outcomes.
Partnering cross-functionally with Technology and Supply Chain teams to improve processes, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making.
Designing and automating data workflows and analytical models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Developing dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to communicate insights clearly.
Translating data into actionable business insights.
Identifying process improvement opportunities.
