Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
About The Position
As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will work with a team of supplier quality engineers to ensure that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and strategy in the manufacture of components. You will be accountable for driving supplier performance improvement, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our supply chain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing your day-to-day activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be accountable for conducting supplier audits, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to address quality issues.
Requirements
- Breadth of technical experience across multiple programs and products, both electrical and mechanical.
- Ability to work directly with suppliers daily.
- Ability to influence and work closely with sourcing commodity leadership teams, Quality and NPD.
- Effectively communicate with senior management.
