Available to respond to operational issues seven days/week, twenty-four hours/day. Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties. Safety is a core value at 3M. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5) years of manufacturing operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Experience in manufacturing facilities/operations, project management success demonstrated through teamwork
  • Black Belt or Lean Certification
  • Skills include leadership, understanding and driving culture change and impact on results
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results
  • Strong interpersonal skills
