Requirements

• Post-high-school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Management and Sales Training.
• Completed all qualifications and responsibilities of a Superintendent.
• 2–5 years as a foreman in the trade.
• 1–2 years of experience in layout.
• 2–5 years as an Assistant Superintendent in the trade.
• 1–3 years as a Superintendent.
• Thorough knowledge of every aspect of building projects.
• Ability to understand shop drawings.
• Ability to read and comprehend prints and specifications to provide proper direction to project personnel.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required.
