Travel MEP Senior Superintendent-Mission Critical
About The Position
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted workforces for construction projects. The role prepares and maintains project schedules and reports, tracks project status, and reviews progress regularly with the Project Manager and client representatives. On large projects, the Senior Superintendent may work alongside multiple Superintendents. The position directs subcontractor activities on pharmaceutical projects, analyzes manpower, material, and equipment requirements, and coordinates those needs with others as designated by the supervising superintendent. It also implements and enforces field construction policies, procedures, work rules, and safety requirements, including ensuring tools and equipment are maintained and operated safely. The Senior Superintendent prepares reports and forecasts as needed and keeps supervisors informed about assigned activities.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of field experience in commercial projects.
- Experience should include some supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial and Life Science construction experience is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Review project status and progress regularly with the Project Manager and client representatives.
- Direct subcontractor activities within pharmaceutical projects.
