Supervision of the construction project resulting in successful project completion. This role involves enforcing safety procedures, managing the CPM job schedule, developing owner and architect confidence, recruiting and directing the field construction team, assuring work quality, ordering materials and tools, preparing necessary reports, documenting and completing punchlists, reviewing drawings and specifications, chairing pre-job conferences, performing start-up testing and turnover to the owner, and documenting final close-out and owner’s acceptance. The Senior Superintendent will perform manual work only in rare circumstances when exigent circumstances require it. Ability to travel as required by management and supervise multiple projects over a large geographic area is also a requirement.
