About The Position
Multifamily Developer/General Contractor currently seeking a Senior Superintendent. This position will report to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Interacting with subcontractors, partnering with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management, providing direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time, and performing on-site Superintendent duties.
Requirements
- Multifamily Construction required
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Podium & Wrap experience highly preferred
- Austin experience highly preferred
