The MOSS Senior Substation Electrical Superintendent is responsible for providing senior-level field leadership, planning, coordination, and supervision for electrical construction activities associated with utility-scale solar, BESS, and substation projects. This role leads forepersons, general forepersons, craft personnel, subcontractors, and specialty contractors performing medium- and high-voltage electrical work. The Senior Substation Electrical Superintendent is accountable for safely delivering electrical and substation scopes in accordance with project drawings, specifications, quality requirements, budget, and schedule. The role requires strong expertise in substation construction, including equipment installation, cable systems, grounding, protection and control, testing coordination, energization readiness, and interface management with utilities, owners, engineers, and commissioning teams. This position requires extensive travel and the ability to work on projects throughout the United States.
