About The Position

Requirements
- 5+ consecutive years of experience behind the chair
- Luxury or high-end salon training and experience
- An established clientele and a passion for growing your book of business
- Experience with client rebooking, retail recommendations, and client retention
- Strong guest relationship-building and communication skills
- A team-first mindset and commitment to elevated service standards
- Active Illinois Cosmetology License
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a clientele
- A passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to meet salon scheduling needs
