About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Designer to support the design and development of industrial, manufacturing, and high-tech facility projects. This role will lead structural design efforts, coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables, and develop construction documents while working closely with engineers, architects, and project teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with structural design, drafting, and modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience utilizing Navisworks and Bluebeam for model review and coordination
• Strong understanding of structural systems, codes, standards, and industry best practices
• Ability to lead design efforts and mentor junior designers
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree in Drafting & Design, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate structural models, drawings, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details
• Lead design efforts for systems, buildings, or project areas
• Perform code research and coordinate with engineers and project stakeholders
• Resolve design conflicts and coordinate across disciplines
• Conduct field surveys and existing conditions assessments
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Provide technical guidance to junior designers and engineers
• Support project planning, scheduling, and labor estimates
