About The Position

Commerce is disrupting the e-commerce industry as the SaaS leader for fast-growing, mid-market businesses. We enable our customers to build intuitive and engaging stores to support every stage of their growth. Our expansive partner ecosystem—including Resellers, Technology Partners, and System Integrators (SIs)—plays a crucial role in driving growth and customer success. We seek a Senior Partner Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical and operational engine of the Partner organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Operations, you'll be the subject-matter expert on partner data and systems—translating strategy into scalable execution through rigorous analysis, reporting, and process management. You will serve as the connective tissue between Partner, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams, ensuring our partner program runs efficiently, our data is reliable, and our processes support aggressive growth goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, analytics, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and insights using tools such as Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience working in Salesforce (preferred) and familiarity with PRM platforms (e.g., Impartner, Salesforce PRM, Euler).
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models, including Resellers, Tech Partners, and SIs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor who can independently lead analysis and small projects while supporting leadership execution.

  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional partner programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary data and reporting expert for Partner Operations, owning partner performance insights across Resellers, Technology Partners, and SIs.
  • Define, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting that track partner contribution, engagement, pipeline, revenue impact, and program effectiveness.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior partner leadership, Partner Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Partner Operations with deep analysis for strategic planning, roadmap development, and executive readouts.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting for: Partner QBRs and performance reviews, Regional and segment-level planning, Capacity modeling and coverage analysis, Program adoption, incentives, and certifications.
  • Partner with Data Analytics and Business Ops to ensure alignment on definitions, metrics, and source-of-truth reporting.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the partner ecosystem and surface actionable insights.
  • Own day-to-day partner data integrity across systems such as Salesforce, PRM tools (e.g., Impartner), Crossbeam, and reporting platforms.
  • Support enhancements and ongoing optimization of partner systems, workflows, and automations in collaboration with Business Applications.
  • Ensure accurate partner attribution, deal registration tracking, and incentive reporting.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for partner data questions and system usage.
  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end partner processes including onboarding, deal registration, incentives, certifications, co-sell motions, and renewals.
  • Help operationalize partner governance models, including segmentation, tiering, and compliance.
  • Maintain and evolve documentation, process maps, and operational playbooks for internal partner teams.
  • Drive operational efficiency through standardization, automation, and scalable workflows.
  • Work closely with Partner Managers to support day-to-day operational needs and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and Marketing to align partner operations with broader revenue and go-to-market processes.
  • Act as a trusted operator and problem-solver across the Partner organization.
