Together, we’re the next BIG thing in data. The Commodity Manager shapes the company’s global supply base through strategic sourcing, supplier leadership, and cost management. This role develops category strategies, secures contracts, and unlocks supplier-enabled innovation to deliver measurable savings and mitigate risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
  • Experience with supplier negotiations and global strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • CPSM/CIPS or equivalent certification.
  • Global, multi-site procurement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps.
  • Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs.
  • Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans.
  • Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost.
