About The Position

Incora is seeking an exceptional Senior Strategic Program Manager to join their team. As a leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Incora emphasizes customer focus. The Senior Strategic Program Manager will ensure customer programs are managed consistently, communicating Incora's vision, values, and business philosophy while upholding the company's reputation for excellence in customer service, commitment, and quality. Key activities include managing major contract customer implementations and transitions, directing contract management with a focus on growth strategies, P&L, customer service, and revenue/margin growth. This role requires accountability for improving contract efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with Sales on bid strategies, contributing to the Annual Operating Process with accurate business forecasts, and identifying/implementing process improvements. The role also involves leading by example, fostering an environment for employee contribution, growth, and progression.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, which may include sales, distribution and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer implementations and transition of the organization’s major contract customers, in support of policies, goals and objectives established by company executive management.
  • Direct the contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels and robust revenue & margin growth plans.
  • Accountability and proactiveness to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Contract and its key processes.
  • Work closely with the Sales Functions to develop bid strategies for new & renewals of contracted business.
  • Contribute to Annual Operating Process; and provide accurate business forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to existing and new contracts.
  • Leading by example and enabling an environment where all employees can contribute to the best of their abilities.
  • Support the environment for growth and progression for the people within the team.
  • Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora.
  • Closely monitoring sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget ensuring accounts remain profitable.
  • Ensure longevity of a partnership culture in all Incora’s contracted customers.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the contract for the life of the contract.
  • Seamless communication to the functions of Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of the supply of parts.
  • Responsible for developing key performance indicators for Contract Compliance, both externally with the Customer and internally for Financial Performance.
  • Manage, support and mentor the team, providing effective & timely performance evaluations, conduct reviews and facilitate additional training and/or mentoring as appropriate.
  • Ability to travel, as necessary, between customers’ sites.
