As a Strategic Negotiator, you will leverage deep market knowledge and tech industry savvy to negotiate cost-effective solutions supporting Google's infrastructure growth. You will collaborate with project teams on deal negotiations, manage vendor and partner relationships, and present deal recommendations to Tech leadership. As a Senior Strategic Negotiator, Data Center Leasing and Investments, you will be at the forefront of securing the physical infrastructure powering Google's products like Search, Cloud, and AI innovation. This is a high-impact leadership role demanding deep expertise in data center real estate and the ability to guide a team through complex, multi-million-dollar transactions from market analysis to execution. In this role, you will define and execute the strategy for acquiring third-party data center capacity, large-scale build-to-suit projects, and joint venture developments. Beyond individual agreement-making, you will architect and lead a high-performing team of negotiators, providing mentorship, strategic oversight, and organizational advocacy to scale infrastructure.
