About The Position

Fivetran is hiring a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to own the cost and investment side of Product Finance and serve as the finance partner to Product and Customer Support. The role owns the operating expense P&L for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, annual planning, monthly close, and budget-versus-actual analysis. The analyst will partner with leaders on spending decisions, trade-offs, and reallocations. The role will build a portfolio-level view of product investment, including spend by product line, returns, and implications for roadmap funding. It will incorporate cost of revenue and product unit economics to help assess product margins and investment priorities. The analyst will also build cost-to-serve analytics, including support costs by account and segment and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support. The position works closely with Product Managers, Support and Engineering leaders, Pricing, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting, with regular exposure to senior leadership as the company scales toward public company readiness. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Fivetran’s Denver, Colorado office, with two in-office days each week.
