About The Position

As an Individual Contributor, this role serves as a strategic advisor and change leader, aligning People Services (PS) and business strategies to drive organizational effectiveness. The role applies advanced Human Resources (HR) expertise and business insight to shape talent strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build organizational capacity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR business partner, generalist, organizational development, training, or equivalent work.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in consultation, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, relationship management, teamwork, laws & regulations, and communication.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in change management, creative and innovative thinking, organizational development, persuasion and influence, and strategic thinking.
  • Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in business acumen.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, facilitation and presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Able to lead enterprise initiatives, influence senior leaders, and drive organizational transformation.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating complex business strategies into integrated workforce solutions.
  • Anticipates organizational needs and leads the design and implementation of talent strategies.
  • Applies advanced judgment to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Leads enterprise-wide initiatives such as Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Performance Management.
  • Translates workforce analytics into strategic insights to inform decisions on organizational design and talent optimization.
  • Partners with People Services teams to shape and refine programs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provides thought leadership in instructional design, inclusion, and change management.
  • Champions a culture of collaboration and adaptability.
  • Leads the development of strategic programs and policies.
  • Conducts organizational assessments and facilitates stakeholder engagement to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
  • Ensures (or assists with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
