Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in stock, warehouse, or similar role
- Detail oriented with effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Health and safety oriented
- Able to stand for an entire working day and to lift about 40lbs

- Passionate about coffee and sustainability
- Bilingual French and English an asset
Responsibilities
- Leading the stock team
- Ensuring efficient daily boutique operations
- Product flow management
- Inventory management
- Acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand
- Effectively communicating with logistics team and store management
- Ensuring FIFO while maintaining merchandising excellence
- Receiving merchandise while ensuring accuracy
- Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders
- Maintaining an exceptionally organized stock room
- Analyzing and creating action plans based on KPI reports (managing shrink)
