About The Position

Radar is seeking a Senior / Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Radar Protect, their geo-compliance and fraud detection solution. This role is based in their NYC HQ. The product manager will be responsible for developing a category-defining product at the intersection of location, identity, risk, compliance, and AI. The role involves understanding customer needs in fraud detection, leading a product team, writing product specifications, leveraging AI for faster development, and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to define the market and achieve success.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product features.
  • Experience leading engineering and design teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in product development.
  • Experience with sprint planning and QA processes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with anti-fraud, risk, identity, trust and safety, compliance, payments, fintech, gaming, marketplaces, or developer platform products.
  • Experience owning technical products including SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, data pipelines, or real-time decisioning systems.
  • Former founder or operated with founder-level ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes for Radar Protect.
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their fraud workflows and identify product opportunities.
  • Lead a full-stack product team of engineers and designers.
  • Write crisp product specs, 1-pagers, documentation, and launch plans.
  • Use AI to accelerate product development.
  • Run sprint planning, QA product experiences, and keep projects on track.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and company leadership.
