About The Position

Radar is seeking a Senior / Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Radar Protect, their geo-compliance and fraud detection solution. This role is based in their NYC HQ. The product manager will be responsible for developing a category-defining product at the intersection of location, identity, risk, compliance, and AI. The role involves understanding customer needs in fraud detection, leading a product team, writing product specifications, leveraging AI for faster development, and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to define the market and achieve success.

Requirements

Experience in product management.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product features.
Experience leading engineering and design teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with AI applications in product development.
Experience with sprint planning and QA processes.
Cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with anti-fraud, risk, identity, trust and safety, compliance, payments, fintech, gaming, marketplaces, or developer platform products.
Experience owning technical products including SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, data pipelines, or real-time decisioning systems.
Former founder or operated with founder-level ownership.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes for Radar Protect.
Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their fraud workflows and identify product opportunities.
Lead a full-stack product team of engineers and designers.
Write crisp product specs, 1-pagers, documentation, and launch plans.
Use AI to accelerate product development.
Run sprint planning, QA product experiences, and keep projects on track.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and company leadership.
