This role involves end-to-end operational ownership of a central channel for exclusive content from strategic partnerships and an e-commerce experience for branded merchandise. The position requires defining and managing the operating model with partners and suppliers, collaborating with various internal teams (Product Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Tax, Logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience across markets. The initial mission includes launching an MVP of the content hub with exclusive content and merchandise from global partnerships, followed by continuous iteration. The role sits within the Marketing organization, operating at a Senior Staff (IC8) level with significant autonomy and visibility.
