About The Position
This role sits at the intersection of building trust in the internet economy, platform design, and new product creation, making it one of the most strategically important design opportunities at Stripe. Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end design, including a strong understanding of AI tools
- Experience leading complex product work in close partnership with product management engineering, and design leadership
- Experience shaping ambiguous spaces and driving clarity through design
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and product direction
