About The Position

As a conversation product engineer, you will apply cutting-edge machine learning, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI, to impactful enterprise business automation and critical tasks. The product serves diverse enterprise personas through a unified conversational and graphical interface across chat and web channels. You will help innovate on unsolved problems and expand customers’ understanding of the business impact of machine learning and Generative AI, while building scalable, tailored experiences. You will collaborate with machine learning and Generative AI experts and cross-functional teams to develop innovative product features at a fast-growing AI company.

Requirements

Ability to tech lead other engineers and deliver projects end to end.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in scalable system development.
Strong product sense and passion for building scalable web or conversational UI products.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Thirst for learning and readiness to step outside your comfort zone.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Generative AI conversational framework experts to understand the latest technology capabilities and best practices.
Design and implement stakeholder- and end-user-facing product features using Agentic AI and technical approaches that deliver business value.
Work with product management, user experience, and go-to-market teams to define, scope, and validate product deliverables.
Expand the product to more customers, domains, and global markets, ensuring high-quality, extensible engineering implementations.
Identify patterns and feedback that can advance the Agentic AI framework.
Tech lead engineers and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
